Shipping policy

Shipping

• Free tracked shipping on every order within the United States.
• Processing: orders leave our US warehouse within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: usually 4–8 business days after your order ships.
• Tracking: you'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders

For delivery before Christmas, order by December 12. Orders placed after that still ship fast, but we can't guarantee delivery by December 25.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We can't deliver to PO boxes, so please use a full street address.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email support@goodtireddog.com and we'll help sort it out, including sending a replacement where appropriate.
