Every order ships with tracking. Here's how to find yours.
1. Check your shipping email
As soon as your order leaves our US warehouse, we email you a tracking link. Search your inbox (and your spam or promotions folder) for Good Tired Dog or your order number.
2. Or look it up in your account
Sign in to your account with the email address you used at checkout. We'll email you a one-time code, with no password needed. Then open your order to see its status and tracking.
When should it arrive?
- Processing: 1–3 business days before your order ships.
- Delivery: usually 4–8 business days after it ships.
- Holiday orders: order by December 12 for delivery before Christmas.
Something not right?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, email support@goodtireddog.com with your order number. We'll sort it out, including sending a replacement where appropriate.
