Refund policy

30-day guarantee

We want your pet to love it. If your order arrives damaged, stops working, or your pet just isn't into it, email support@goodtireddog.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps if something is broken or missing).

What we'll do

• Damaged, defective or missing items: we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send anything back.
• Not a fit for your pet: we'll give you a refund. In most cases you won't need to return the item. If we do need it back, we'll tell you how and cover the return label.

Refund timing

Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
